Frequently Asked Questions

We strive to keep our wait times as short as possible, but it may vary depending on the day and time. On average, our patients wait less than 15 minutes to be seen by a provider.

Please call our office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the appointment to another patient. You may also cancel your appointment through our patient portal. 

You are able to schedule new patient appointments online. However, if you have more than one child you want to schedule, it might be easier to call our office to get on the schedule. New patient paperwork is available on our website or through our parent portal. Please bring a copy of your child's insurance card and the parent's ID to that first appointment. 

Congratulations on your new baby! Please call the office once you have your baby and we will get you on our schedule within 3-5 days of birth. We do offer meet and greet visits for the parents on Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon. Please call the office to get on our meet and greet schedule. 

We accept all major health plans (Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna, BCBS and Tricare Select). We also accept all Kentucky Medicaids. Please bring a copy of your child's insurance card to your first appointment. 

We recommend regular well visits for our patients. Children are seen at the following schedule:

Newborn, 1mo, 2mo, 4mo, 6mo, 9mo, 12mo, 15mo, 18mo, 24mo, 30mo, 3yr. After 3yrs old, it is recommended that children are seen annually.
